Job Title: Order Entry/Customer Service Associate
The Order Entry/Customer Service Associate position is responsible for processing of orders, invoicing and customer account monitoring. Duties include answering customer inquiries. This job also provides back up support to the Receptionist.
The position requires the ability to speak effectively to customers or employees. Also requires the calculation of figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. A working knowledge of MS word, Excel, Accounting, Internet and Database software is required. Coordinate returns, from return authorization through reconciliation. Duties include authorizing returns completely, return reports, and re-invoicing for all return goods request and deductions.
Education/Experience:
A High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years applicable experience or an Associates Degree plus 1 to 2 years of applicable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
